House made and hand sliced with a weight of 140g, this classically prepared dish is preferred by many over smoked salmon due to its delicate sweet flavour without the smoky aftertaste. Vodka cured gravlax - serves 4
This is beautiful lightly cured vodka gravlax. This is apart of our christmas menu every year or for entertaining (or put through a beautiful fresh salad). Its flavour is so beautiful yet mild (definitely not over powering), we have it with aioli and fresh bread. It is beautifully thinly sliced and tastes delicious. My father inlaw is a french chef and absolutely loves this too.. Dont let the vodka part put you off because this is simply amazing. Once you try it, you will love it. I have tried others but this is the best I have ever had. I give it 11/10..it is just so good.
