This meal pack offers a diverse range of healthy wholefood meals to optimise nutrition and improve your gut health. You get 3 ultra healthy meals per day for five days (mostly chicken, seafood, vegetarian with a little red meat). Low carbs, high protein, high fibre, low salt.

For most nutritious results, we recommend that you add fresh berries and plain full-fat yoghurt to breakfast, plus a pack of fresh salad leaves for the salads. Eat the larger, meatier meals for lunch and lighter meals (vegetarian, soups, salads) for dinner.
