Pin boned and skinless, premium grade Australian Atlantic salmon at it's best! Plump 600 gram fillet topped with 400g of delicious panko crusted parmesan + walnut topping. Ready to bake in approx 20 minutes. A perfect centrepiece for any home entertaining.

Ingredients
Salmon (75%), breadcrumbs, onion, cheese, walnuts, fresh herbs, spices, garlic, potassium-enriched Heart Salt, pepper. CONTAINS: GLUTEN, WHEAT, TREE NUTS, DAIRY
Easy Heat + Serve
Defrost overnight in fridge. Bring fish to room temperature 30 minutes before cooking. Place on baking paper on oven tray. Bake in pre-heated 200c oven for 20 minutes. Check fish at this stage. Cook longer if required but please remember the fish will keep cooking when removed from oven. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. transfer to serving platter using baking paper. Use an egg slice to lift one end of the salmon and gently pull the baking paper from under the fish. Just like the magician and the table cloth!
