Enjoy this premium grade Tasmanian salmon smothered in a zesty herb chermoula. Chermoula is a North African marinade traditionally made by mixing mint, coriander, lemon and chilli. Fish fillets are best cooked and eaten immediately which is why with this meal is delivered raw and ready for you to oven bake for just 5-6 minutes. The salmon turns out flaky, juicy and absolutely delicious. High in protein and healthy fats but low in calories with virtually no carbs. Goes well with a side of Spinach w Lemon Oil.

Easy Heat + Serve
Defrost overnight in fridge. Pan fry in a little olive oil for 2 minutes each side OR bake 200c for 6-7 minutes until piping hot. Rest for a few minutes. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutritional Information
