Pork larb salad

Big exciting salad of everything topped with rice flakes and peanuts with a separate generous serve of tangy mince pork. Excellent!

While the taste wasn't what you'd expect from a Larb (needed spice/chilly, lime, etc.), it was a perfectly good dish and nice for lunch

Love the tangy flavour of this dish. It’s a really refreshing lunch meal.

This is the first meal that I've tried with Dietlicious and I really enjoyed it. Definitely gives off the authentic laab smell, but the flavours fall a bit flat. I've had worse from actual Thai places though in areas that cater more to people who can't handle spice well. I added a whole bunch more fresh coriander, chilli flakes and some fresh lime juice and that really broke through the saltiness and elevated the flavour. Also the crispy rice need some perfecting, I'll personally be leaving it off next time because it's not worth the tiny but of extra carbs for the texture/flavour it (Doesnt) add. Should note this is not frozen so plan to eat it within the first day or two of the order arriving. I will be reordering this for sure.

Really liked this salad. Fresh flavours. A bit too much cabbage for my liking, but i just removed some. I would order this again, especially now summer is coming! :-)

Toasted rice felt like a teeth shattering crunch (I now omit if I reorder) and the pork texture wasn’t enjoyable. Salad and dressing were great.

I'm really enjoying this new salad now that the weather is warming up. The pork larb salad is delicious and with only seconds required to warm up the pork it's a fast and easy tasty mid week lunch in a hurry alternative.
