Porchetta is the Italian word to describe a boneless suckling pig. We stuff the pork loin with apricot and macadamia mix before rolling into a spiral and trussing. The cooking of this belly requires minimal effort from you for fantastic results. Raw, frozen product.

Easy Heat + Serve
Defrost porchetta uncovered in fridge for 24 hours and ensure it is completely dry. Massage a generous amount of olive oil + salt into the skin. Place on wire rack in roasting pan. Add a splash of water to the base of the pan. Roast in preheated 240c oven for 25-30 mins. Reduce temperature to 170c then roast for a further 45 minutes. Allow to rest uncovered for 20 minutes. Remove the trussing string and slice into 2cm rounds.Nutritional Information
