Choose between having us home deliver an entire week's menu of healthy, high protein meals or just replace one or two meals a day with our super tasty and nutritious options.
1500 Calorie Plan - there’s absolutely nothing for you to do, besides enjoy the food and lose weight! This plan will put you at a calorie deficit designed for fast weight loss. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks ( or a snack + a side) a day are provided with plenty of protein. 5 and 7 day options.
Fit + Fab After 40 - specifically designed to target inflammation and hormonal changes that hit men (or women) in their middle age. These factors drive the body to hold onto weight, particularly around the belly. Reduce your inflammation, lose the weight and feel great!
High Protein - This is a 5 day Lunch + Dinner Pack (10 meals provided) with a focus on high protein and low carbs to help maintain muscle and combat hunger.
