Superfast Diet 3-Day Method

On The 3-Day Method, participants restrict their food consumption to 1000-1200 calories 3 days a week and eat normally the other 4 days. Choose from two different suggested menus below. Mix them up week to week for variety.

Menu 1 and Menu 2 both offer two weeks of food for your Fasting Days Only, so that's 6 days of healthy food - breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack all for between 1000-1200 calories per day. On non-fasting days, you're free to eat as you like. Food is packaged by the day. Keep week 2 in the freezer until you need it.
