Do you struggle to stick to your diet and feel yourself falling off the wagon time and again? The 3 day diet is for you! Known as the Military Diet it's so easy. Be strict for just 3 days and you’ll feel lighter, brighter and healthier. Repeat if necessary – every week, fortnight or month - whenever you need a trim up or reset of healthy eating habits. We provide breakfast, lunch and dinner totalling around 900 calories per day. The menu is high protein to prevent hunger, and is low in sodium.
